Important Note:
Items sent back to us without a prior return request or authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is **defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item**, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are **not eligible for return**, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The original shipping fees paid at the time the order was placed.

The fastest and most efficient way to obtain the item you desire is as follows:
Return the original item.
Once your return request has been approved, please place a new order to purchase the replacement item. 6. EU Zone — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without having to provide any reason or explanation.
Applicable conditions:
The item must be unused and unworn, with all original tags still attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
This right exists independently of our standard 30-day return policy; the two policies are not mutually exclusive.
7. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund processing.
If the refund request is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to finalize the refund processing.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to credit the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received the funds, please contact us at service@agrsthme.com.
