Shipping Policy

At Agrsthme, we carefully prepare and ship artificial plants, faux trees, floral arrangements, and botanical home décor designed to bring lasting greenery into your space.

Some items may be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while others may be produced or fulfilled by our partner facilities located in the United States, Canada, Australia, or other approved fulfillment locations, depending on product availability and your delivery destination.

agrsthme.com works with trusted international logistics providers and local delivery partners to deliver your order directly to your doorstep.


Shipping Fee

Standard Shipping Fee: $2.99 USD

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any available shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For oversized items, including large faux trees, oversized floral arrangements, or specialty decorative planters, additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown during checkout.


Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During holiday periods, seasonal promotions, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer. In certain cases, processing may require up to 10 business days, especially if an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional preparation for safe shipment.

We process and ship orders on business days only, from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery generally takes:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your delivery address, local courier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, agrsthme.com cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation, as carrier systems may require additional time to update.

If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately due to different warehouse locations, product sizes, packaging requirements, or fulfillment partners. In this case, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking numbers.


Packaging for Artificial Plants & Floral Décor

To help protect your order during transit, our artificial plants, faux trees, flowers, and decorative arrangements may be carefully folded, secured, or compressed inside the shipping package.

After unpacking, some shaping may be required to restore the product to its intended appearance. This may include gently spreading branches, adjusting leaves, arranging flower petals, or repositioning stems.

Minor bending or compression of artificial foliage during shipping is normal and is not considered product damage, provided the item can be restored through gentle shaping.

For products that include planters, vases, or decorative containers, we take additional care in packaging. Please inspect these items upon arrival and report any breakage or visible damage promptly.


Order Changes & Address Modifications

We begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. For this reason, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered processing.

Please carefully review your shipping address, contact information, and product selections before completing your purchase.

Orders will be shipped only to the delivery address provided at checkout. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that address changes or package interceptions will be possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address results in failed delivery, package return, or additional shipping charges, the customer may be responsible for the related costs.


Payment Verification

Your payment is authorized and processed when your order is submitted.

To help protect customers and reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions, some orders may require additional verification before shipment. Orders containing incomplete billing details, inconsistent payment information, or other verification concerns may be delayed or cancelled.

All applicable product charges, shipping fees, discounts, and taxes will be shown during checkout before your order is completed.


Separate Shipments

Because Agrsthme offers products of different sizes and packaging requirements, including small tabletop plants, floral arrangements, decorative pots, and large faux trees, items from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages.

Separate packages may arrive on different dates. Receiving one portion of your order does not necessarily mean the remaining items have been delayed or lost. Please refer to your tracking information for updates on each shipment.


International Orders, Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, handling fees, or customs clearance charges upon arrival in the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

agrsthme.com does not control or determine customs charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

If an international package is refused by the recipient and returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any resulting return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges.

Customs regulations vary by country. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing an international order.


Delayed Packages

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the recipient.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location, porch, mailbox, side entrance, building reception, or parcel locker.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to report the missing delivery and request further delivery details.
  4. Contact us at service@agrsthme.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will do our best to assist you, but agrsthme.com is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.


Damaged Items

We package our artificial plants, floral arrangements, and decorative planters carefully to help ensure safe delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at service@agrsthme.com as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of any damaged planter, vase, branches, flowers, or decorative components

Please note that light bending, flattened foliage, or compressed branches caused by shipping may often be corrected through gentle reshaping and is not automatically considered damage.

Claims are reviewed based on the delivery timestamp shown in the tracking record and the supporting photos provided.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing an order.

Because orders may begin processing immediately, we cannot guarantee changes to a shipping address after an order has been submitted.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, any additional shipping fees, redelivery fees, or return-to-sender costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
